All planters are hand-crafted to order. Please allow 3 weeks in order for your planter to be produced and shipped under normal circumstances. We pride ourselves in making deadline, but if there is an unforeseen delay with production (for example due to load shedding, lock down, industry metal shortages or sudden high volume) we will contact you and notify you.
- The planters are only to be used indoors or under cover, and as instructed. Planting directly into the planter (without the use of a grow pot, like a plastic pot), and without the use of a saucer or drip tray will lead to damage. Letting water settle in the planter continuously for extended periods of time will lead to damage. Using in the outdoors in the rain and sun for continuous periods of time will lead to damage.
- We have done our best to ensure that all the information is up to date and accurate bur we can not guarantee it is.
- Colour swatches are matched to actual product colours to the best of our ability, however different customer screens may display variances, which are out of our control.
- Use at your own risk. Wildcat is not liable for any injury cause due to the use of our planters.
- You may not copy the images, names, content in any way on the site.
- We do not charge VAT, as we are not VAT registered.
- We reserve the right to update any information or T’s and C’s on the site at any time.
- Our policy is valid for 7 days hours after the planter has been received only. If you are for any reason unhappy with the planter, please email us and we will sort it out ASAP to the best of our ability. The planter must be unused and in its original condition.
- You may be liable for additional shipping charges.
